Santa Barbara - Gorgeous Downtown

After some truly spectacular scenery yesterday we continued driving down the West Coast to come to Santa Barbara. We love it! The sun was shining the downtown was big but not overwhelming with palms lining the roads, smart shopping, very clean and tidy, a lovely pier and a great beach. Enjoyed a lovely day sunbathing, whilst at the beach Lee was swimming in the waves and suddenly saw a black shape moving a few feet in front of him. Then a head popped out, it was a seal swimming right next to him, nearly frightened the life out of him. As we move into Southern California the landscape is typically a lot more arid and desert-looking and the temperatures are warm!
